Sensei Matsunori has tasked me with creating this website and, at times, translating his communications to me. He has instructed me to make my own posts, to let my thoughts flow freely and honestly. I hope I do not dishonor him.

There are so many voices pulling me in every direction. I’m realizing I don’t have time to waste anymore. I don’t have time for people who don’t meet my basic expectations, and this world is full of them. I have enough problems of my own—things I need to work on—so it’s important that I focus on building positive relationships that are meaningful and mutually supportive.

For too long, I’ve chased beauty rather than substance. Through Sensei Matsunori’s guidance, I’ve realized that I need to pursue self-improvement and self-mastery rather than seeking things or people outside of myself.

We take this life and our time here for granted. I hope you’ll follow me on this journey of self-discovery and learning. I need a place where I can put my thoughts to figure out who I am. We all need to process our lives, our emotions, and our trauma somehow.
